poor accessibility

unsafe stairs

I specifically requested a ground floor room for accessibility, yet we ended up on the second floor, which was utterly frustrating. My daughter is pregnant and struggles with her knee, and I have a disability that prevents me from using stairs safely. The steep stairs made our stay quite stressful and didn't feel safe at all.

Spent an amazing time with 20 family members at the motel! We enjoyed hiking on Bald Hill, where the scenery was spectacular. The beds were comfy, and breakfast was a pleasant surprise. The location made it easy to explore nearby eateries too.

In my wife’s opinion, the stairs seemed a bit hazardous for our pregnant daughter. It would be great if they provided more accessible room options for families with children.

The cleanliness exceeded my expectations with well-maintained flooring and adequate amenities. Shower pressure was impressive, providing a refreshing experience after long hikes nearby. I appreciated the proximity to dining options like Subway and Coffee shops, adding convenience to our stay with lovely views of the mountains in the distance.

Noise from the main road was noticeable at times, impacting the overall tranquility.

the galaxi motel offers a quiet stay and is well-located near food and vineyards. my kids loved the comfortable beds, and i appreciated the friendly staff who made us feel welcome. we lucky discovered breakfast on-site after settling in, which was a nice surprise.

the rooms are a bit small for families.

We went hiking on Bald Hill and fishing in the Alsea River. The room was clean, the beds comfy, and it’s close to food. Just remember that they don't service the room daily unless you ask.
